Celebrity Eclipse: At Sea Wedding

Dear Andrea & Denise,

Thank you very much indeed for all your support when organising our wedding arrangements on the 26th of January. Everything went with impressive clockwork efficiency – not a single hitch which we put down to your commitment to these arrangements – so please accept from us both a big thank you for all the work you did on our behalf. The ceremony presided over by Christine was simply beautiful we had no expectations of such sensitivity. We and our guests were all impressed by her professionalism and her attention to every single detail and moved by the inclusion of a piece of touching Indian poetry at the end- it was delightful. I asked her for a copy of the wording and when she offered me the stanza she made the helpful suggestion that I arrange the wording on a suitable gift to commemorate our first anniversary together – how good is that for a romantic idea. Christine was ably assisted by her colleague Christine (I sincerely apologies for losing her last name) who played a major part in the success and smooth running of the day. I must say in closing that the arrangements and the service surpassed both our most hopeful expectations – so thank you all for creating a memorable day for both of us and our friends.

NCL Epic: Miami

Hi Andrea,

I cannot express how pleased we were with our vow renewal. Once we got into our room there was a note from Tracey telling us to relax Saturday and contact her on Sunday to finalize the plans for our vow renewal on Monday. When I contacted her on Sunday she told me that the Staff Captain (2nd in command of the ship) wanted to do our renewal and he would like to do it on the Bridge at sunset if that was okay with us, if not he would do it in the room that had been previously arraigned. We couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect. He talked with us for a while and started the ceremony so it ended right as the sun was setting. The ceremony itself was absolutely beautiful and so special. We were not allowed to have our cake and Champagne on the bridge so Tracey had reserved a place for us to have it which was also very nice. We decided we were going to wait to have the cake and Champagne after we had dinner in Moderno’s, so they brought them both to the hostess for us and it was served after we finished dinner. The cake was incredible. I also need to add that the Staff Captain made our ceremony very special and beautiful. He even checked on us in Moderno’s to make sure everything was okay and we were enjoying ourselves. The whole experience was so much more than I expected. The only regret I have is we never got to thank Tracey, she disappeared when we were talking to the Staff Captain and we did not see her leave. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
